Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide comprehensive strategic communications enterprise management support services to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Warrior Care and Transition (DCS, WCT) in support of the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCTP).

Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive)

  • Develop and administer social media content designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship with stakeholders.
  • Planning, designing, and managing the production of visual communication to convey specific messages or concepts.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.
  • Develop conceptual design and layouts, creating sketches, drawings, publication design.
  • Assist with the development and publication of compelling, persuasive, audience-tailored content, to include photography and videography.
  • Develop program graphics for government approval to ensure that program identity is graphically incorporated throughout all ARCP distribution platforms which include program website, program social media platforms, briefing materials, and other design venues as designated by Functional Representative.
  • Conceptualizes, develops and maintains all aspects of approved ARCP brand identity, providing a fresh, but consistent look and feel across the strategic communications enterprise structure.
  • Graphic design support to include logo design and routine refresh, educational infographics, educational campaign advertising graphics, digital banners, profiles and visual components, website design elements, posters, flyers, and other traditional media design graphics.
  • Support the synchronization of activities, messaging, and branding across all program components to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Design layout skills, the ability to conceptualize a wide range of designs, and attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of current design programs and desktop publishing software.
  • Thorough knowledge of government statues and regulations.
