Lula is looking for a 1099 Lawncare Provider to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Phoenix Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.
Value Proposition:
*We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH)
*We have a lot of work on a daily basis
Experience in the following are a plus:
*Residential Landscaping Experience
*Tree Trimming Experience
*Lawn Care Experience
