Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and outgoing Leasing Associate to join our team members. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a crucial role in leasing our residential properties. You will work closely with our property management team members to ensure smooth leasing operations and high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents with enthusiastic property tours and provide detailed information about available units and amenities.
  • Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update property listings on various rental platforms and marketing channels with a creative approach.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the property management team members to ensure high occupancy rates and efficient leasing processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high-energy and outgoing personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
