Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in European pastries, danishes, and bread.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
  • Bake a variety of breads, danishes, and pastries
  • Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
  • Produce and transform raw dough into various baked goods
  • Laminate dough for danishes
  • Make bread dough from scratch
  • Ensure all products are made from scratch and meet our high standards
  • Manage time efficiently to meet production schedules
  • Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is preferred
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player
  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • Proficient in dough production and lamination techniques
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
