Our Residential HVAC Installation Techs earn a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide excellent benefits and perks, including a company-sponsored retirement plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, direct deposit, paid classroom training, no evening installations, and plenty of opportunities for advancement. Wondering how you can enjoy this amazing compensation and benefits package? All that you need is:

  • General electrical knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

NATE certification would be a plus but is not required.
