Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and proactive Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their customer service skills and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the customer service team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
