Mainframe IAM

Title: Mainframe IAM
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid 3 days Local) // 1st priority . Open to remote east coast with travel at client's expense
Company: Carnival Cruise Lines

Here is what we are looking for:

1. We would like to get someone with at least 5 years IT experience.
2. We need this person to already have mainframe experience in some form or fashion. We prefer not to train them on how to use and access the mainframe. They need to have these skills already.
   1. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3 years of mainframe experience.
3. We need someone that can provision and deprovision access. If they have had any Identity Governance or Identity lifecycle management.
4. Same thing here too. If they have 3 years or more experience in this area, then this would be someone to talk with.

1. We want someone that is able to speak with others and work through issues. Good communication skills. Good troubleshooting skills.

1. This is provisioning and IAM role primary. However, this does have some help desk skills that would be needed.
2. They do not have to have worked in the help desk. They just need to demonstrate that they have worked with end users to solve their problems.
3. Some of these users are going to be non-technical users and we have to have patience with these people to get them up and productive.

1. Ability to execute and get things done.

1. It is ok to be slow while you are learning.
2. However, the expectation is that you are not going to sit around and ask for something to do. We need to you get out there and work with our clients without having to be told. We need to you execute and deliver and turning tickets around and other things like that.
3. Those that wait to be told to do something will not work here for us.

Must Have

1. Polar and Mapper RACF provisioning experience
2. Reservation systems experience
3. Mainframe
4. College Degree is not a requirement. If you have one, then that is a plus. It is just not required for this role.

Notes

Mainframe Reservation Provisioning team.

This person would work with the one person that is doing this work today and they would assist with Polar and Mapper RACF access additions,

troubleshooting user access issues, deprovisioning users access when they leave the company, and other tasks that we may have you work on as well.

We are hoping that this person may be able to do other things and not just the mainframe provisioning.

We want this person to learn and grow in our team and with IAM in general.
