Responsibilities as the Home Comfort Designer:
  • Take charge of providing tailored HVAC solutions to customers, ensuring their home comfort needs are met with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences, offering customized recommendations.
  • Follow up diligently on sales leads, delivering exceptional post-sale support to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase the benefits and features of our HVAC systems during interactions with customers, driving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for all HVAC needs.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with our support team to streamline operations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to installation teams, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in HVAC sales is a must, showcasing your ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • A deep understanding of HVAC industry practices and standards, combined with a passion for innovation.
  • Proven track record of success, including high closing rates and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
  • A self-driven and detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
