In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing problems, completing preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients or staff under our Residential / Commercial accounts.

Compensation:

$30 per billable hour

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical (low voltage) repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of buildings and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities as well as communicate effectively with clients or staff to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Proactively identify areas needing maintenance and take the initiative to address them.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work.
  • Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to use a variety of tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
