Overview:
Join our entry-level teaching program designed to nuture aspiring educators into certified teachers. This program is tailored for young professionals who possess an earnest committment to embark on a fulfilling career journey in education. As a participant, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to suceed in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops and seminars to gain knoweldge of educational theroeis, teaching methodologies, and classroom management techniques.
- Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and grade levels.
- Collaborate with mentor teachers to develop instructional materials, assessments, and leraning activities that cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Support classroom operations by maintaining a positive learning environment, managing student behavior, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to support student learning and hollistic development.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth, professional excellence, and the long-term goals of the teaching position.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Passion for education, a genuine desire to make a difference, and a dedication to fostering student success and wellbeing.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a dynamic and challenging learning environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to effectively manage classroom responsibilities and tasks.
