As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components or products according to specifications and instructions. You will work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment to ensure products meet quality standards and production deadlines.


Responsibilities:


  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Gather all parts, tools, and materials needed for the assembly process.
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot problems with assemblies and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production and assembly processes as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
