Join our team at the Legacy Grille in a Bartending position The ideal candidate in this position can multitask, is passionate about excellent customer service and has great communication skills.


The Bartender is responsible for:

  • Must be aware of state and local laws concerning the sale of alcoholic drinks
  • Welcome each guest personally within 30 seconds
  • Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age
  • Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times
  • Work as a team with all Company personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
  • Work with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to Cragun’s standards at all times, both front of house and back of house Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes
  • Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
  • Be attentive Offer your assistance before the guests has to ask for it
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous bartending experience a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to multitask
  • Possess high regard for excellent customer service
  • Must be organized, personable and enthusiastic
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • TIPS or ServSafe Certified OR ability to get certified
