  • We are actively seeking a full-time medical receptionist who is motivated, energetic, and has excellent customer service skills to join our busy family and urgent care practice. We offer a great team-oriented work environment that is fast-paced and patient focused. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be well organized and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:


  • Greets patients and visitors, checks patients in and out, and obtains necessary documentation. Verifies and enters demographic information.
  • Obtains and verifies insurance authorizations/precertification. Completes medical record, release requests, and schedules patient appointments.
  • Collects co-payments and reconciles daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
  • Provides general office and clerical support to assigned area.
