Our Centralia office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Professional to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18+
