We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic full-time sales associate (40 hours per week) for our Washougal, WA location. Applicants must be flexible to work varying schedules: holidays, days, nights and/or weekends. Weekends are required for this position. Please be sure to include a complete resume when applying.

Job Description:
  • Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales.
  • Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations.
  • Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives.
  • Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.
  • Consistent written and verbal communication with store team.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end.
  • Escalate store issues in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Must practice effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with supervision and accept feedback

System Qualifications:

  • Microsoft office email
  • Retail inventory software
  • Understand the POS system and other software used by the stores

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

  • Flexible schedule with nights, holidays and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines.
  • Physical dexterity and stamina to reach and lift to complete visual presentations and/or store set up.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Reaching arms over head, ladder use, computer operation, continuous standing and walking, hand coordination, telephone use, speaking, reading, writing.
