Your day as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

At Boothby Therapy Services, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting academic achievement and social participation for students by integrating occupation into all school routines. From enhancing recess activities to optimizing classroom engagement and cafeteria interactions, your creativity and dedication will empower students to thrive. Reporting to our Related Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to receive the support you need to excel in your role.

Requirements for this Role

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. Additionally, holding or being able to obtain NH state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is essential for this position. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity in integrating therapy into school routines, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents are key to success in this role.

Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting student academic achievement and social participation are also vital for making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
