Position Overview: We're actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent Plumbers and Electricians, to join our team. As representatives of Nandail Property Management, you'll provide outstanding maintenance and repair services, playing a crucial role in upholding the functionality and safety of properties.

Designated Jobs:

Handyman:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable transportation.

Licensed technicians will receive priority consideration and competitive compensation.
