Job Title: Engineer, ManufacturingJob Location: Minnetonka, MN, U.S.A. 55345Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)Pay: Starts at $41.00 an hourShift Structure: ONSITE, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekAbout the Role:
  • Evaluate production equipment and ensure their optimal functionality to meet production targets.
  • Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
  • Participate in process validation activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation, maintaining accurate records of all activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive protocols and reports to document findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with R&D and Product Development teams to ensure seamless transfer of new products into production.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for production personnel.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements to propose innovative manufacturing solutions.
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, process validation, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in protocol and report writing, with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with generating and modifying manufacturing process documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
