Job Summary:
We are seeking a Working Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure the highest quality culinary dishes are served. The Working Head Chef will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Working Head Chef
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and excellent understanding of flavors and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining consistency and quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices SERVE SAFE certificate
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Golf Club Experience Is A Plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as cost and seasonal availability
- Supervise food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high standards of taste and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to create specials and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items
