Basic Purpose and Scope:

The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always
  2. Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests 100%
  3. May clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal Ongoing
  4. Clean the facility, including employee restrooms Ongoing
  5. Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized Ongoing
  6. Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds Ongoing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WORK:

  4. Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently
  5. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  6. Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company
