TMS Technician

We are seeking a professional, organized person to be a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician to join our team at LGTC. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in behavioral health and is familiar with or willing to learn the TMS procedures as training will be provided.

• Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
• Assist with initial mapping/cap fittings and lead all aspects of direct TMS care
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
• Record session notes, track insurance authorizations sessions, and schedule patient visits using EHR system
• Communicate effectively with TMS staff and LGTC team
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent written, verbal and follow-up skills required.
