DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare the damage area for paint.
  • Color match and mix paint.
  • Refinish and blend, panels or entire vehicle.
  • Complete all refinishing per the estimate or repair order.

GENERAL:

  • Take instruction from, and answer to, the Body Shop Manager
  • Maintain working area in clean/safe condition.
  • Continuously strive to improve efficiency in S/he own work area and the overall operation and be willing to participate in shop meetings and training programs, which are sponsored by the company.
  • Advise Manager immediately of any hidden or missed damage which does not appear on an estimate or repair order.
  • Treat customer's cars with respect and keep clothes, tools, and equipment clean so that their vehicles do not become unduly soiled or damaged.

Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees
