The position: We’re looking for a Pool Monitor to join the team

This position is responsible for monitoring all activity in the pool area, ensuring the safety of all residents and their approved guests by enforcing all pool policies and procedures. The Pool Monitor must have a keen sense of sight, hearing and focused attention with ability to keep eyes on the pool area at all times when scheduled and without being distracted. Residents and their guests swim at their own risk and NO lifeguard duties are assigned in this position.
