Job Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm

Job Overview:

As a Mechatronics Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining automated packing machines in real time. The equipment integrates mechanical, electrical, computer, and control engineering principles. Your role will primarily involve ensuring the optimal operation of the equipment during production, but your role will also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. The position requires expertise in PLCs, electrical wiring, air suctions, automation, and the seamless integration of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set-up, operating & maintaining the companys packing equipment by combining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and computer engineering principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and specifications.

- Create detailed technical documentation for design, testing, and implementation processes.

- Program and configure control systems for automation applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug mechatronic systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide continuous technical support and guidance to machine operators and tier 1 employees.

- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

- Associate in Applied Science Degree - Mechatronics Engineering Technology or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Self-motivated, energetic, good attitude, and detail-oriented

- Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, and automation protocols.

Work Environment:

The position involves working in a collaborative production environment. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Salary Range: Based on experience, skills & qualifications.
