Position: Data Architect with Contact Center/Genesys

Location: Multiple Locations (USA)

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

Key Activities:

  • Engages with business end-users to discuss, elicit and understand reporting requirements including historical repots (call flow, GM, WFtill etc.), realtime reports etc.
  • Shares and advises on industry best practices for reporting on Genesys platform
  • Defines reporting strategy to identify most efficient approaches to meeting reporting requirements
  • Translates reporting requirements to data requirements and shares it with the data team in form of user stories and epics
  • Define Data sourcing strategy as to what data to source from where in Genesys, A3S, Snowflake, It etc.
  • Creates and maintains requirements traceability matrix
  • Tag teams with Reporting Track DL to create and maintain reporting inventory
  • Creates user stories, epics and other artifacts to define requirements for the upstream teams
  • Review report design and data mapping to confirm flags, and metrics required for reporting are accounted for, including defining the data source and visualization tool
  • Coordinates with ITTO team to clarify reporting requirements and ensure thorough testing of the reports

  • Data Sourcing Strategy
  • Reporting Use Cases, Epics, User Stories in JURA
  • High Level Design Document
  • Technical approach for data blending, ingestion etc.
  • Data requirements for downstream teams (in form of user stories, epics etc.) to achieve reporting needs
