Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHamburg Overhead Door, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworkingResidential Installer to join our team. As a Residential Installer, you will beresponsible for installing garage doors and openers for our residentialcustomers.
Key Responsibilities:· Install and repair residential garage doors and openers· Measure and cut materials to required dimensions· Ensure proper alignment and functionality of doors and openers· Communicate effectively with team members and clients· Maintain a clean and organized work area/truck· Transport materials and equipment to job sites· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to garage doors andopeners· Responsible to drive and maintain assigned company owned truckduring working hours· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent· Ability to lift heavy objects over your head· Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions· Excellent customer service and communication skills· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions· Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation to get toand from the main office in Hamburg, NY· Previous experience in construction or a related field, carpentry is a bigplus
