  • Record notes during patient visits and document notes into the electronic health records system.
  • Work with a supervising Physician or Doctor to complete and submit medical records.
  • Communicate with patients and supervise the Physicians professionally.
  • Complete all administrative tasks efficiently and help the supervising Physician take tests.
Medical Scribe’s Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One (1) year of experience as a Medical Scribe in a clinic and physician’s office is required.
  • CPR [Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation] Certification is preferred.
  • Must have a Valid Texas Driver's license.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
