Position Summary:

Be on time and reliable. Triumph Modular is looking for a self-motivated professional to join our team and establish best-in-class communication with customers for pick-up, delivery, and service of assets to their satisfaction while efficiently scheduling and coordinating effectively with as little cost as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate company Drivers, Service technicians, and outsourced vendors pertaining to service calls, delivery, and pick up of assets.
  • Routinely check for signed paperwork before deliveries go out. Follow up with Salespeople as needed. Ensure that no equipment is delivered without a signed agreement or purchase order.
  • Take service calls and arrange for service most efficiently, ensure service technician (whether In-house or Outsourced) provides clear, written statements of fault, and provide photos if applicable.
  • Maintain Outlook calendar of schedule, share as needed to Sales and Operations staff to ensure all are aware of scheduled activity for any given date.
  • Order Route Surveys, Boston Permits, and Police Escorts for oversize deliveries in the Greater Boston area.
  • Write detailed scopes of work for Construction Modular removals, deliveries, and Office Trailer projects. Ensure that all responsibilities of vendors are clearly communicated so that costs do not exceed original quotes from vendors for contracted work.
  • Become an SAP power user.

Requirements:

Education

Required: High School diploma.

Experience

Required: Skilled in using personal computers plus 2 to 3 years experience in customer service and/or scheduling and dispatch.

Desired: experience using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Work Environment:

Construction/shop office environment with moderate to high noise levels.
