Overview

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Forest Grove, OR
Salary: $22 - $25 / Hourly

As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for a variety of duties, as directed by Company, including, but not limited to:
Requirements:
  • Check schedule for upcoming appointments.
  • Check voicemails and return calls (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
  • Check emails and return emails (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
  • Report to Community Manager of any dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
  • Assist with reporting illegal dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
  • If an onsite technician, provide Community Manager daily notes.
  • Assist with property inspections.
  • Maintain constant communication with direct supervisor(s) and when applicable Atlas leadership, which may require regular phone calls, emails or in person meetings.
  • Other daily, weekly, and monthly duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and a clean driving record (required)
  • 1+ Years Multifamily maintenance required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and painting.
  • Applicants must pass a criminal background check upon offer of employment.
