Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is currently looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to manage our internal innovation department. The qualified individual will join a cross functional corporate team to create, implement and oversee various programs, including but not limited to Pay for Performance, CMS Mips/Macra, bundled payments, quality, and research. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will work to help us continuously improve our clinical operations and identify areas where we can improve on efficiency and outcomes. This position will be a critical part of the organization as we continue to move from the fee for service environment to value based care, while looking for new product lines to improve care within our patient population.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage clinical team within the innovation department
  • Create, implement, and manage new pilot programs
  • Become point of escalation for more complex patient issues
  • Identify trends and opportunities for providing more efficient and quality care
  • Disseminate information throughout all offices
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new clinical workflows and best practices
  • Train staff and physicians as needed
  • Understand quality and P4P contracts and ensure compliance throughout organization
  • Become knowledgeable with EMR system and assist with workflow creation and implementation

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed PA or NP in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with bundled payments, quality monitoring, and pay for performance programs a plus
  • Business degree or background is a plus
  • Must have the ability to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties between CCP's 37 office locations
  • Cardiology experience is preferable
