Responsibilities:

As the Automotive Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of the action, overseeing the overall operations and performance of our dealership. Your role will involve:

  • Leading and supervising a talented team of automotive technicians and sales/customer service representatives.
  • Crafting and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
  • Identifying market trends, strategizing, and implementing initiatives to boost sales and enhance profitability.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Auto Shop Management software (experience with ASE certification is a plus).
