Assignment Length: 3 Months (Extendable to Long Term)
Location: Tewksbury MA 01876
Shift: Day shift (With every other weekend coverage)
Pay rate Upto $71.25/hrDuties and Responsibilities
Monitor a patient's health
Educate the patient's family on the patient's medical condition
Coordinate nursing care activities in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Advises patients of anticipated gain and possible risks associated with program, obtains prerequisite written order diagnostics and informed consent
Develops individualized, result-oriented plan of care in corporation with client, referring physician
Completes assigned data collection, documents patient outcomes and otherwise demonstrates progress towards benchmarks
Provides formal and informal instruction in rehabilitation concepts under the direction of the manager of cardiac rehabilitation and wellness
Explains and demonstrates appropriate use of exercise equipment
Motivates the patient and guides the rehabilitation process.
Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.Job Requirements:
Active RN license for MA state
BLS, Preferably from AHA
Covid Vaccination Card
