Shotcrete Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Shotcrete Specialist to join our team. The Shotcrete Specialist will be responsible for applying shotcrete through a nozzle at high velocity onto surfaces to create or repair concrete walls, tunnels, pools, and other structures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Shotcrete Specialist or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of shotcrete application techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Certification in shotcrete application is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for shotcrete application by cleaning and repairing as needed
- Set up and operate shotcrete equipment according to project specifications
- Apply shotcrete evenly and smoothly to achieve desired thickness and finish
- Monitor and adjust nozzle position, spray angle, and concrete flow during application
- Inspect finished shotcrete work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain shotcrete equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
