HVAC company seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. As a critical member of our maintenance and repair team, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct repairs and replacements on HVAC equipment, including heating and cooling units, fans, and compressors.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and diagnose problems.
- Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Provide expert advice on HVAC system selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate a company van to travel to job sites.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic.
- Proven experience with HVAC/R systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and the ability to boil and maintain refrigerants.
- Experience with appliance repair and a strong understanding of the principles of HVAC system maintenance.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience as a service technician with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to ongoing education and training.
- Experience as a mechanic or HVAC technician.
- Proficiency with HVAC/R systems and equipment.
- Ability to repair and maintain a wide range of appliances and HVAC systems.
- Experience as a service technician with excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a company van.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
