Expo ensures kitchen orders are prepared in timely manner. They finalize the presentation of each plate and ensure the appropriate temperature. They communicate with runners and wait staff to deliver complete orders.

Expediter - Expo is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.

Prior experience as a Expediter - Expo, restaurant crew member, runner, food runner or other part time restaurant jobs is highly desirable.
