What will you be doing:

We are looking for experienced, talented and compassionate Physical Therapists for weekend per diem work.

You will be responsible for providing physical therapy assessments, services and treatments to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician in accordance with the philosophy, missions and standards established by the Agency.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Current Massachusetts License in good standing
  • 4+ years of PT experience with at least 1 year in direct home health care
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical records and medical data base programs
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Advanced clinical assessment and prioritization skills a must
  • Optimize use of resources for patients and families through effective collaboration
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively under pressure
  • Strength to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Caring and compassionate nature
