We are seeking a friendly, high-energy, and positive Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering top-notch service to both internal and external customers. The person in this role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
Field incoming calls and emails from customers, dental offices, schools, and dealer representatives across the US and Canada.
Provide detailed information about our products, promotions, and services.
Enter and manage purchase orders, sales orders, credits, returns, and invoices in our CRM system.
Maintain accurate records and notes for future reference.
Collaborate with internal sales reps to support customer needs and resolve any issues.
Participate in a comprehensive 7-module training program designed to give you all the tools you need to succeed, even if you are new to the dental field.
Qualifications:
A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
