Immediate openings for Frontline Salespersons who are energetic, outgoing, and tenacious. 

Do you enjoy meeting and interacting with people? Do you like to travel and be outside? Do you have a desire to learn and grow within Sales? If so, you’d make a great Frontline Salesperson

Under the direction of an experienced sales professional, you will travel to designated territories going door-to-door with the goal of setting initial appointments and help convert prospects into customers. As a member of a sales team, you will work collaboratively with the team to achieve collective sales goals with the potential to earn commissions  in addition to earning $18 an hour. Outstanding professional development opportunities for entry-level applicants who will have the tools and mentorship to succeed. 

Responsibilities
  • Door-to-door sales; set leads (appointments)
  • Effectively deliver in-person sales pitch (script provided) in compliance with established company procedures and standards
  • Document all sales activity in database with a high degree of accuracy and correctness
  • Attend department meetings, keep current on sales information, products, and industry trends
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
Job Requirements
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
  • Reliable transportation to and from office is essential
  • Ability to present sales pitch in a professional manner
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
  • Highly motivated and ability to be persistent
  • Positive attitude within a high-energy environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Team player (member of a front-line sales team)
  • Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
