New Life Staffing is hiring a Payroll Clerk in Upper Chichester PA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and data entry skills, familiarity with payroll software, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, the Payroll Clerk will assist with payroll-related inquiries and support payroll reporting tasks as needed.


This incumbent will have:
- 3+ years of payroll / accounting experience in a corporate environment
- strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
- strong attention to detail
- strong interpersonal and communication skills


Experience with 941 Payroll, ERP/MRP systems (specifically Visual Manufacturing), and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.


Job type: Full-time, 4x10s Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM
