What You'll Do:
As the Drafter, you will design and layout a variety of Aquarius products utilizing AutoCAD 2D software. You will
provide drawing support for both Application Engineers and Project Engineers.
- Design and layout of a variety of diffused aeration systems (PVC and stainless steel piping) and fixed biofilm treatment systems.
- Create fabrication and weldment drawings for structural steel angle assemblies.
- Create fabrication drawings for the manufacturing of aeration systems.
- Assist Sales department with proposal drawing layouts and details.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical assistance, and guidance on field installations.
- Communicate with contractors and engineers as needed.
- Interpret sales data to input into engineering documents
Education:
- Completion of drafting program.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in drafting.
- Experience in wastewater treatment industry preferred.
Certification(s):
- Drafting certification required.
