What You'll Do:

As the Drafter, you will design and layout a variety of Aquarius products utilizing AutoCAD 2D software. You will
provide drawing support for both Application Engineers and Project Engineers.

  • Design and layout of a variety of diffused aeration systems (PVC and stainless steel piping) and fixed biofilm treatment systems.
  • Create fabrication and weldment drawings for structural steel angle assemblies.
  • Create fabrication drawings for the manufacturing of aeration systems.
  • Assist Sales department with proposal drawing layouts and details.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical assistance, and guidance on field installations.
  • Communicate with contractors and engineers as needed.
  • Interpret sales data to input into engineering documents
Requirements:

Education:

  • Completion of drafting program.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in drafting.
  • Experience in wastewater treatment industry preferred.

Certification(s):

  • Drafting certification required.
