Join our team as a Fitness Trainer, providing onsite group and individual fitness sessions, body mechanic coaching, and promoting overall health and wellness for our Industrial Athletes.

About us: Unify Health Services is a woman owned workers' compensation and disability company. Our goal is to provide accessible and beneficial services to the industrial athletic population preventing future injuries and creating longevity in their position. We are searching for PRN team members available Monday-Thursday for 4-10 hour shifts.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead individual and group fitness programs.
  • Encourage participation and engagement.
  • Supervise and maintain exercise/activity areas.
  • Assist with special programs like work conditioning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams.
  • Develop and teach virtual fitness/wellness content.
  • Support company wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in personal training or related field.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in occupational settings.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and bending.
  • Occasionally lift, push, pull 30-50 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Onsite fitness center and industrial setting.

Work Attire:

  • Approved onsite fitness apparel.
