CORA Services is currently seeking School Counselors to work in non-public schools throughout the city of Philadelphia for the 2024-25 school year. New graduates are encouraged to apply

School Counselor

Full-Time, 10-month position

(Part-time options may be available)

Starting Salary: $51,440

Benefits:

· Medical benefits with two options of coverage (coverage begins on the 1st of the month following date of hire), with generous company contribution

Come join our School Counseling Team... where “children are the heart of OUR matter”:

· Provide individual counseling, small group counseling, and classroom guidance lessons for students in Non-Public, K-12 schools in Philadelphia.

· Offer consultation services to students, parents/guardians, and school personnel.

· Collaborate with school administration and staff, CORA’s multi-disciplinary team, and outside service providers, as needed.

· Effectively manage caseload and complete required documentation, including data entry and final reports.

· Participate in professional meetings to increase knowledge and skillset.

· Adhere to agency and departmental policies and guidelines.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

· Master's Degree
