Schedule:
  • Operating Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday through Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Conduct job-related occupational health exams for employees potentially exposed to health hazards.
    • Perform comprehensive physical exams, including vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations).
    • Conduct dermatological exams, including inspection for dermatomes or lesions of the skin related to occupational exposures.
    • Provide and process lab tests through certified clinical laboratories.
    • Perform specific lab tests, including Lead blood level, Chromium blood level, and Cadmium blood levels as required.
    • Measure visual acuity, lateral and vertical phorias, depth perception, color perception, and peripheral vision.
    • Schedule exams in coordination with the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) and individuals.
    • Consult with the OHN to resolve issues before, during, and after the testing period.
    • Use the Occupational Health Report Medical Examination form for every exam.
    • Report any abnormal testing results immediately to the OHN.

Qualifications:
  • Possess all required licenses for performing Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Exams.
  • Knowledge and experience in occupational medicine.
  • Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology for personnel conducting laboratory services.
  • Compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
