The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Significant litigation experience in areas of general liability (i.e., residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction defect, etc.), products liability
  • Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
  • The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have two to six years’ experience.
  • Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
