**Job Summary:**
The Inventory & Shipping Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. This role will involve coordinating with vendors, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining organized inventory systems.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience in inventory control, shipping, or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory and shipments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when necessary

**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor inventory levels and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
