1. Education: Completion of high school education with Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing or closely related field.

2. Training and Experience: Three (3) years experience in a position of responsibility and supervision; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.

3. Job Knowledge: Must possess considerable knowledge of marketing, sales, public relations and employment law. Must have good oral and written communication skills.

4. Safety Sensitive: YES
In the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as “safety sensitive.” A “safety sensitive” position is any job position in which impaired performance could result in harm to the health and/or safety of self or others. Any associate that is actively engaged in the use of medical marijuana, even if in possession of a valid medical marijuana card, will be excluded from employment in a “safety sensitive” position.

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for but not limited to being an advocate for associates and a partner to businesses. Maintains appropriate records and confidentiality. Computer skills, analytical skills, and statistical concepts are essential job requirements. Responsible for one shift, five days a week, and weekend career fairs. Subject to overtime as required by the organization. Interpersonal skills must be highly developed for success in recruiting.

Physical effort: A great deal of walking, sitting and carrying items needed for exhibit.

Mental effort: Considerable amount of effort and concentration required, primarily in planning and organizing own work and in assisting departmental personnel. A great deal of judgement is needed in working with associates and other departments.
