Job DescriptionJob Description

Main activities
• Supervise distribution activities within the warehouse.
• Delegate assignments to Team Leads
• Utilizing ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily cycle count program.
• Cross train employees in all facets of distribution.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Support sourcing low cost carriers, review carrier service levels. Identify those carriers that best suit operational needs.
• Conduct employee reviews.

Accountability including KPIs
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner.

-Document records and agreements accurately.

-Collaborate with multiple teams within the company to schedule and utilize resources.

-Manage inventory levels without compromise to service metrics while focusing on preventing out-dated stocks.

-Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommends solutions, and implements process enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-Fosters strong relationships with internal teams. Facilitates as required communication and coordination among different departments to achieve common supply chain and operational goals.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
• One to three years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of all MS products.
• Experience working with freight carriers.
• Experience with inventory control.
• Strong customer focus.
• Experience driving forklifts and able to attain forklift certification.
