Accounting Assistant

Our Certified Public Accounting firm in Montevideo, MN, is looking for a full time Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team in providing monthly bookkeeping and payroll services for our clients. Bachelors degree or Associates degree with 2+ years bookkeeping experience required. QuickBooks and Sage experience are preferred, but not required. Our office is located at 590 South Highway 29, Suite 1.

Position Requires:

• 2+ years experience providing bookkeeping services
• Ability to maintain employee and client relations
• Leading employees to maximize performance and ensure accurate work
• Experience in payroll, general ledgers and financial statements
• Experience in QuickBooks and Sage.
• Experience with Excel
• Ability to multi task
• Desire to work in public accounting firm
