Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and skilled construction worker to help bring our construction plans to life Under our construction manager’s direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. You must have previous job-site experience, an OSHA10 card, and a great work ethic and physical stamina. If this sounds like you, apply now

Compensation:

$24 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc.
  • Meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements by removing debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean

  • Proficient in Rough carpentry and finish carpentry  
  • Framing and Blocking  
  • Drywall installation and repair  
  • Trim install  
  • Cabinet layout and install  
  • Install doors and windows  
  • Painting, All drywall finishes  
  • Install LVT flooring  
  • Complete all types of demos  
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs  
  • Capability to use all power tools associated with job type  
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
  • This position relies on physical strength and stamina
  • Own a valid driver's license
  • Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.
