Job Duties:
  • Reliable and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in document review, redlining, and quality control
  • Manages permitting, coordination, and site observation processes
  • Oversees construction administration, including RFI responses and submittal review
  • Creates and maintains project documentation
  • Coordinates with consultants, vendors, and clients
  • Proactive in seeking and implementing feedback
  • Prepares and distributes project documentation (reports, memos, meeting minutes)
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Understands project budgets, schedules, and scopes
  • Participates in financial management and billing processes
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships
  • Coordinates professional service contracts

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD, and Restaurant Studio
  • Supports quality drawing production through QA/QC of own and team’s work prior to
  • delivering to Senior Project Manager and client
  • Actively seeks to gain knowledge and understanding by thoroughly mastering tasks and
  • responsibilities through proactive involvement
  • Produces SD, DD, CD drawings based on examples or template sets
  • Confidently navigates and applies applicable codes to commercial projects
  • Works independently with minimal oversight from team lead
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of commercial architectural processes.
  • Adaptable to different situations and receptive to new ideas
